Jessica Jo “JJ” Tate is a U.S. Dressage Federation (USDF) bronze, silver, and gold medalist who has developed more than 35 horses to the FEI through classical dressage principles. JJ is the protegee of legendary classical dressage master and USDF Hall of Fame inductee, Charles De Kunffy, and has trained with many international dressage greats including Hungarian Olympian, Gyula Dallos.

Career highlights include 2007 FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany; World Cup finalist long-listed for the 2006 World Equestrian Games; U.S. Equestrian Federation’s (USEF) Developing Riders List; Dressage at Devon World Cup Grand Prix in September 2018; and winning the Global Dressage Festival CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle in February of 2020.

YES! JJ has successfully produced over 35 horses to the FEI, earning international recognition for her excellence. Her success is due largely to the system of classical training that has worked for centuries on every type of horse imaginable!
