To update your credit card:

1. After logging in, click on your Avatar at the top right corner of the page
2. Select Settings from the drop down.
3. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page
4. Click Update next to the currently listed card information
5. Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes

If you are unable to follow these steps, you are on a different billing platform.  Please go to https://teamtateacademy.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ and follow the prompts to change your card or cancel your membership.

To cancel your membership:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on your Avatar at the top right of the page

   1. Click Manage Subscriptions in PayPal
   2.  Click Payments in the top menu

6.  If you used a debit or credit card:

There are several ways navigate our site. You can't hurt it, so don't be afraid to click on things!

To Choose What Video to Watch:

1. When you first log on, you will see a 'Netfilx' style page, that has all of the categories listed with a preview of each video in the category.  You can click on a video you wish to watch from there OR
2. The new Sidebar might just be your new best friend! 
   1. To access the sidebar, click on the 2 arrows on the left hand side of your screen. 
   2. From here, you can see multiple categories that you can toggle open or closed and choose your video from there
   3. You can also see the videos organized by Concept or Level
   4. When you click on a dropdown arrow, you will see each video in that category, as well as an icon to the left of the title that will tell you how much of each video you've watched or if you haven't seen it yet
3. From a video: You can open your sidebar, or just above the large title, you will see a small breadcrumb trail. It looks like this:  Lesson Library/Categories/Category Name/Video Name in Orange. You can click on each one of those to take you to the Lesson Library, the Categories, or the current Category
4. From the Content Index: Under the 'Welcome to Team Tate Academy' Category, choose the Content Index. The latest video will be listed at the top.  You can also search by using Ctrl + F and typing in a keyword
5. Return to Home: Click on the Team Tate Academy logo on the top left to return to the 'Home' page of your Lesson Library
6. Your Other TTA Products: If you'd like to see all of your other products (Zoom Meetings, Bonus Courses, à la carte lecture purchases) open the Sidebar, and at the very top, click on 'My Team Tate Academy Library.' All of these other products will be updated to match the Lesson Library soon!

With our new platform upgrade, you can search for videos in several ways:

All searches start in the Sidebar menu. The Sidebar menu can be found on the left-hand side of your screen by clicking on the arrows.

1. Type a keyword or horse name from the video in the 'Search for Something' area
2. Search by Concept or Level: Click on this to see the videos organized by concept or level
3. The original categories are listed in the sidebar as well

The hashtags (#s) allow us to tag each video so it can be appropriately categorized by level or concept. 

We also thought it would be interesting for you to see what each exercise is meant to accomplish, where it falls in the (United States) levels, and what concepts it encompasses.

Yes!  You can find a list of all of the videos in the Content Index. That can be found at the top of your Lesson Library under 'Welcome to Team Tate Academy'

When you have a video you just KNOW you need to watch again (and again and again!) you can now simply click the star that is in the header n the right, just above the Video Title. 

You will then be able to create your own personal playlist that you can find by going into the sidebar and clicking on 'My Favorites.' 

The PDF downloads can be found at above each video title. 

There is an app, however, we are unable to alter it and you will not have access to the search and categorizing functions.

But, the good news is our new site views the same on mobile as it does on a PC!

1. Open Safari
2. Go to the Team Tate Academy log in page
3. Tap the 'Share' button at the bottom of the page
