Training Through the Levels - All Levels Intro to Grand Prix

A full 14 hours of learning!

This full Levels Series takes you from Intro Level through Grand Prix, giving you a clear understanding of what each level is truly meant to develop in both horse and rider.

JJ Tate begins with an overview of the entire progression, connecting each level to the training scale, the movements introduced, and the rider skills required along the way. She then works through the levels in detail—starting with Intro and Training Level, where the foundation is established through correct basics, rider position, and an understanding of how to ride an effective test.

As the series progresses, JJ explains how the work develops through Second and Third Level, where collection, lateral work, and true engagement begin to take shape. From the first introduction of these concepts in Second Level to the more advanced demands of Third—including half pass and flying changes—you’ll see how strength, balance, and understanding are built step by step.

From there, she covers Fourth Level through Grand Prix, where the demands of collection, suppleness, and precision continue to increase. You’ll gain insight into the transition into the FEI levels, including pirouettes, tempi changes, and the advanced work required at the highest levels.

Throughout the series, the focus remains on how each level builds on the one before it, so you can train with purpose and truly prepare for the work ahead.

This package also includes two bonus lectures: It’s Not About the Test and Planning & Goal Setting for Show Season, helping you connect your daily training to long-term progress.
